A 6 hour exam (9:30 – 4:30) seminar is being offered for those who are preparing and interested in taking the International Code Council Permit Technician Certification Exam. The seminar provides thorough information on the exam content and guidelines.

 

Required Reference Materials that all participants must bring to the seminar are:

• 2015 International Building Code

• International Zoning Code

• Legal Aspects of Code Administration

• Basic Code Enforcement

• 2015 Permit Tech Study Companion

 

Seminar Fee is as follows:

 

Regularly: $179.00 Early Bird Price: $159.00 until July 17, 2018

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO. Lunch is included in registration fee. Photo ID is required for daily admission. A download-able Certificate of Completion will be available 10 days after completion of course.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any registration cancelled more than 10 days prior to the start of the scheduled course will receive a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 10 days before the class will receive a 50% tuition refund. Registration transfers will incur a $25 administration fee.
